Guizhou Yonglixin Medical Equipment Co.,Ltd. is a modern enterprise specializing in production of
disposable medical devices.since established in 2020, Yonglixin focuses on OEM and ODM service
to the world leading KN95 mask and Surgical mask with our high quality products and excellent service.
The company is located at eastern suburb of Guizhou city, a brand new high-tech economic development
indutrial zone, enjoying a convenient transportation network of highway, waterway, railway and air port.
The company covers an area of 59000 m*m and building area of 25000m*m. It has the Class 100,000
clean workshop of 18000 m*m with more than 40% of afforesting area. The enterprise practices the
system of general-manager responsibility under the leadership of the board of directors has five
management departments and four production workshops. There are more than 400 employees.
Now the annual capability of productions comes to 1.2 billion pieces(sets)per year.
The company have a management team of 40 persons, and three of them have several master degrees,
over 20 of them have bachelor degrees while most of them have finished the education in Junior College.
Yonglixin has gained the CFDA, ISO 13485:2016, CE mark and FDA Certifications.

| A: Yes of courese we can. OEM/ODM orders are accetptable to us. We can print your logo on the masks. The MOQ is 800pcs for regular order and 3000pcs for customized order. |

| A: Yes we are registered on Chinese medical bureau and have own Dust-free plant to produce mask. Our daily production is 100,000 pcs |
| Q4: What is your payment method? |
| A: We accept T/T ,L/C,D/A,D/P and Western Union. 70% deposit required and 30% remaining balance can be paid after your inspection before shipping. |

| A: EXW and FOB. |

| A: Normally, it will take 3 to 10 days after receiving the deposit The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. |
